Working pattern
The expected schedule is Monday to Friday on full-time day shifts, with no shift listed for Saturday or Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Prepare blended drinks to a high standard and serve food that meets customer expectations
- Keep the bar and service area tidy and well maintained
- Handle customer payments, including cash and card transactions
- Work positively with colleagues and communicate clearly
- Monitor and replenish clean mugs, plates, and other service items
- Learn brewing techniques, drink combinations, food preparation, and presentation standards
- Check brewing equipment for proper operation and report faults or maintenance issues
- Act as a positive representative of the brand at all times
- Follow food hygiene and handling requirements
- Follow health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships
- Prior customer service experience
- A motivated, quality-focused approach to work
- Confidence to take initiative and make customer-friendly decisions
- Practical experience using brewing equipment
- Ability to stay effective in busy or high-pressure situations
- Consistent punctuality and dependable attendance
