Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on menu items and product knowledge to offer accurate information to guests.
• Support the head waiter/waitress in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen by accurately delivering food orders and offering detailed descriptions of food and wine.
• Manage table clearing and ensure appropriate cutlery is set for guests.
• Prepare and serve drinks from the bar area with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor with both customers and colleagues, contributing to a hardworking team environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar front of house or service role is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy setting with confidence.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and the team.
