About the Role
Ahyan Real Estate is looking for a professional and organized Receptionist / General Manager Personal Assistant to join their Dubai office. This role is crucial for managing the front desk and providing essential administrative support.Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors with a high degree of professionalism.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Oversee daily front desk operations and manage appointment schedules.
- Ensure the reception area is consistently neat and inviting.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to support office functions.
- Maintain office orderliness and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
- Must present a professional appearance and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Competent in using computer applications, including MS Office and email.
- Prior experience as a Receptionist or Personal Assistant in the Real Estate sector is beneficial but not strictly required.
- Demonstrated strong skills in organization and time management.
