Front Desk Clerk - Remote Lodge near Cochrane, Ontario

Job Overview

Aramark Canada, in collaboration with Moose Cree group of companies, is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to operate remotely for a lodge located near Cochrane, Ontario. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences by addressing guest needs, managing reservations, serving as an information resource, and resolving or escalating issues as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify guests' requirements and offer tailored recommendations for activities and lodge amenities.
• Warmly welcome guests and proactively deliver customer service anticipating their needs.
• Manage special guest requests and assist in coordinating special events.
• Organize guest events, excursions, transportation, and other services as requested.
• Assign and monitor daily work tasks for the guest services team ensuring timely completion.
• Prepare and manage guest itineraries prior to arrival based on communications via phone, fax, or email.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience providing guest services is mandatory.
• Supervisory experience in a related capacity is preferred.
• Excellent customer service abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Additional Details

• Comprehensive benefits package is provided.
• Transportation arranged from Timmins or Cochrane, Ontario, with travel allowances for distant areas.
• Work schedule consists of 14 days on duty followed by 14 days off.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and criminal background checks are mandatory for all hires.
• Physical demands may include activities like lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, prolonged standing, and walking.
• Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
