About the Role
Join Whistler Blackcomb's Front Desk team for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 at Whistler, BC, Canada. This position is perfect for those passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant mountain environment. You will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their stay and helping with all aspects of front desk operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly as the first face of the hotel.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Answer incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times.
- Resolve any billing issues or discrepancies effectively.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Fluent communication skills in English required.
- Friendly disposition with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic to moderate proficiency with computer operations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
