Primary Responsibilities

• Interpret client job descriptions for various open roles accurately.
• Use job portals and recruitment tools to find suitable candidate profiles.
• Evaluate resumes to ensure alignment with job specifications.
• Engage candidates via phone to gauge qualifications and interest levels.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain detailed candidate records and consistently update recruitment tracking systems.
• Provide timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop understanding of US recruitment methodologies, hiring standards, and client requirements.

Candidate Qualifications

• Recent graduates or freshers are preferred, any graduate degree is acceptable.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic competency in MS Office and internet navigation.
• Availability and willingness to work full night shifts.
