About the Role
This opening is for a fresher-level sales position with a focus on life insurance. The role is centered on meeting sales targets, working with client sources, and building long-term customer relationships in a consultative, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of life insurance sales targets.
- Develop, nurture, and sustain relationships with client sources while understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Use cross-selling and upselling opportunities effectively and ensure timely renewal of insurance policies.
- Help increase business share by selling the full product range and meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Work the assigned leads efficiently each day and maintain cost-effective operations.
- Track product mix, policy persistency, lead conversion, and related performance metrics.
- Keep customer and sales records accurate and updated.
- Work toward weekly goal-sheet targets and contest achievements.
Eligibility
This role is open to freshers only. Applicants should be graduates from any discipline.
Additional Information
The position is based in Chennai, India. The salary range provided is INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,00,000 per year.
