Job Summary
This position is exclusively open to Saudi nationals as part of localization efforts. The engineer will provide support across technical, site, and administrative functions within real estate development and construction projects. This role offers valuable professional growth and engineering exposure aligned with OSUS's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist engineering teams by reviewing drawings, technical documents, and coordinating site activities.
- Monitor construction progress, prepare reports, and verify adherence to project specifications.
- Participate in site inspections, take measurements, and conduct quality and safety checks.
- Engage with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to address project-related inquiries.
- Support planning, scheduling, quantity assessment, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) initiatives according to assigned department.
- Keep detailed project documentation and contribute to engineering deliverables.
- Enhance engineering skills through mentorship and formal training.
- Assist with design reviews and coordinate project development phases with the Development & Design Management team.
- Support Project Delivery by overseeing work execution to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Contribute to Technical Office tasks including preparing technical documents, reviewing drawings, and resolving engineering challenges.
- Aid the Project Management Office (PMO) with performance tracking, progress report preparation, and documentation of lessons learned.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Must be a fresh graduate and Saudi national.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork capability, and eagerness to learn.
- Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and Primavera is advantageous.
- Must hold registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
