Role Overview

We are looking for a Fresh Foods Assistant to join our Butchery, Seafood, and Produce sections. This role suits an individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and keen to develop retail expertise and technical abilities within a team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-stocked and attractive store throughout business hours, including performing tasks such as cutting meats, seafood, and produce with comprehensive training provided.
• Adjust the product range, quality, and pricing or promotional strategies to align with seasonal changes and community preferences.
• Work closely with the Department Manager to effectively manage all core operational areas.
• Comply strictly with all food safety standards at all times.
