Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Conduct research on top-performing travel, adventure, and lifestyle short-form content formats and trends.
• Create innovative Reel concepts with compelling opening hooks.
• Plan and maintain a monthly Reel publishing schedule alongside the internal team.
• Provide detailed filming guidance including shot lists and creative direction ahead of trips and video shoots.
• Analyze available footage to identify key storytelling opportunities and highlight the best content.
• Edit between 12 to 20 Reels monthly, including selecting fitting audio tracks, adding on-screen text, captions, and cover images.
• Monitor reel performance metrics to refine future video content strategies.
• Occasionally participate in selected travel trips and content shooting sessions within the UAE.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrable experience in creating and editing Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, or YouTube Shorts that have achieved millions of views organically.
• A portfolio showcasing multiple high-engagement organic videos surpassing one million views each.
• Deep comprehension of critical content features such as hooks, pacing, storytelling, retention, and shareability.
• Proficient video editing skills alongside strategic insight.
• Preference for candidates experienced in travel, tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, or adventure content.
• Capability to transform a variety of footage types including raw user-generated and professional material into engaging narratives.
• Excellent communication, dependability, and timely delivery of work.
• Preference given to UAE-based applicants, though exceptional talent from abroad will also be considered.

Engagement Details

• Freelance contractual role with an initial three-month term, extendable based on performance.
• Expected output of approximately 12 to 20 Reels each month.
• Remote work setup with opportunities to travel for select shoots and trips within the UAE.
• Compensation negotiated based on experience, portfolio quality, workload volume, and proposed scope.
• Potential for performance-based bonuses for outstanding organic reach and engagement.
