Role summary

We are looking for a freelance recruiter to support a client on a contractual basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on finding, assessing, and coordinating candidates for open positions across technology and marketing teams in multiple regions.

Location and payout

This opportunity is work-from-anywhere. Compensation is competitive and will depend on relevant experience.

What you will do

  • Identify suitable talent for open roles across different geographies using job boards, social platforms, and internal talent networks.
  • Review applications, screen resumes, and carry out initial phone or video interviews to evaluate fit, experience, and salary expectations.
  • Arrange interviews with hiring managers and ensure communication and follow-ups stay on track throughout the hiring process.
  • Work with stakeholders to fine-tune role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria as business needs change.
  • Maintain candidate records in applicant tracking systems and monitor each stage of the recruitment pipeline.

Skills and qualifications

The role calls for 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, preferably within technology or marketing environments. You should be comfortable using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday Recruiting, and skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methods, and job boards. Strong communication abilities are important, along with the confidence to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams across cultures and time zones. Since this is a remote contract role, you should also be able to manage your work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
