• Ensure candidates provide valid Right to Represent authorization prior to submission.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, keeping communication transparent and timely.
• Submit candidate profiles using designated recruitment platforms, adhering to partnership processes.
• Maintain meticulous candidate documentation and deliver a professional recruitment experience consistently.
• Develop and sustain long-term connections with both candidates and recruitment stakeholders.
• Carefully analyze job specifications to guarantee relevant and high-quality candidate submissions.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least three years of recruiting experience across one or multiple sectors including IT, healthcare, finance, engineering, sales, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or executive search.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job portals, referrals, and social media channels.
• Skilled at conducting candidate screening interviews to assess both technical skills and professional aptitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
