About the Role
Diakrit is expanding its footprint across New Zealand and is looking for a motivated, energetic professional to support this growth phase in Wellington. In this field-based role, you will represent the brand while creating premium visual marketing content for real estate clients.
The position suits a versatile creative who can produce high-quality photography and video, and who also has the drone capability needed to strengthen property marketing outputs. Prior experience in real estate media, a solid understanding of the sector, and the ability to work without close supervision are important. A polished presentation, dependability, and a willingness to learn new approaches are also expected.
What the Role Involves
This is a flexible contract arrangement, and the amount of work will change based on your location and seasonal demand. The company manages the administrative and technical side of the workflow so you can concentrate on content creation.
- Client bookings, coordination, and account handling are managed by internal teams.
- All editing and post-production tasks, including photo retouching, floor plan rendering, and video editing, are completed in-house.
- Training, skill-building support, and invitations to professional and social events are provided.
- You can set your own availability and benefit from flexible working hours with competitive pay.
- Specialist equipment may be supplied where required, and full training is included.
Required Equipment
- Photography gear: a full-frame camera with a 16-35mm wide-angle lens or equivalent, a telephoto lens such as 24-105mm with an f/4 aperture or similar range, a strong tripod of at least 180 cm height, and an external flash or speed light that can be used off-camera.
- Video gear: a full-frame camera capable of at least 1080p recording, wide-angle and telephoto lenses as above, a gimbal with vertical mounting support, and wireless audio recording equipment.
- Drone gear: a suitable drone from a recent model.
- General requirements: access to a dependable car and a valid driver's licence.
