- Maintain and enhance the agency's profiles on freelance portals to sustain high visibility and top-tier status.
- Review bidding metrics to boost success rates progressively.
- Collaborate with technical teams to accurately forecast project timelines and costs before submitting bids.
Qualifications
- Between 1 and 4 years of experience successfully bidding and winning IT projects on platforms like Upwork.
- Excellent written English skills capable of generating clear, compelling, and error-free proposals.
- Solid understanding of current web and mobile tech to evaluate project needs precisely.
- Skill to detect red flags in job postings and concentrate on high-value clients only.
- Ability to manage multiple client communications promptly and effectively.
