About the Role
We are Testlio, a reputable global software testing company collaborating with top-tier brands around the globe. We are seeking testers located in the United States who can visit specified airports to conduct on-site testing for a prominent ride sharing app. This is a unique chance to contribute to enhancing the travel experience by providing valuable feedback from the airport environment. No flights are required, only a visit to the airport.
Responsibilities
- Navigate from the airport security exit to designated ride share pickup locations using the client’s in-app map directions.
- Record your device screen during navigation, capture screenshots, and take photographs of relevant airport areas encountered.
- Submit the recordings, images, and complete a follow-up survey with your observations.
Requirements
- Reside within a two-hour driving distance from one of the following airports: Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), Westchester County Airport (HPN), Kansas City International Airport (MCI), St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL), Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), Charleston International Airport (CHS), Eppley Airfield (OMA), T. F. Green International Airport (PVD), Long Beach Airport (LGB), Bradley International Airport (BDL), or Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE).
- Own a smartphone running iOS or Android.
- Be available to conduct this one-day test as soon as possible, dedicating roughly 8 to 10 hours, with flexibility to adjust your schedule if necessary.
Compensation and Additional Details
- Earn $18 per hour for the work completed on-site.
- Receive reimbursement for transportation expenses to the airport, covering mileage, parking, or rideshare costs.
- This is a one-time assignment with no ongoing commitment.
How to Apply
Interested applicants should state which airport from the list is nearest to them, including the distance and estimated travel time.
