Freelance Journal Selection and Pre Submission Peer Reviewer - Linguistics

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced academics and journal editors with expertise in linguistics and various other disciplines to engage as freelance Journal Selection and Pre Submission Peer Reviewers. The role involves critically analyzing manuscripts ahead of publication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional peer-review style feedback on submitted manuscripts.
• Identify improvements needed and assess the publication-worthiness of manuscripts.
• Compile comprehensive evaluation reports presenting your findings and suggestions.
• Meet client deadlines for delivering all assigned reviews.

Candidate Requirements

• Have prior experience as an invited peer reviewer or journal editor.
• Be a published author or co-author of at least ten manuscripts.
• Hold a PhD or MD in fields such as Surgery, Education, Ophthalmology, Clinical Oncology, Theoretical/Atomic and Molecular Physics, Theology, Philosophy/Theology, Muscle, Bone, and Physical & Sports Medicine, Reproductive Medicine and OBGYN, Pediatrics, Sociology, Linguistics, Design and Aesthetics, or Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
