Role Overview
You feel at home in the media world and have the patience to repeatedly explain the same details? We are looking for you to support us as a Freelance Graphic Designer / Art Director based in Stuttgart in the Creation department. The position is full-time, starting immediately.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate to create inventive concepts, key visuals, and campaigns focused on employer branding and personnel marketing.
- Design social media campaigns, landing pages, trade show appearances, and print materials.
- Manage projects comprehensively from initial idea through implementation, ensuring designs are not only visually appealing but also effective.
- Occasionally participate in photo and video productions, though your primary focus lies on conceptualizing, designing, and developing campaigns where your creative input makes the biggest impact.
Requirements
- Conceptual thinker with sensitivity to typography, imagery, and branding.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your capabilities effectively.
- Educational background in communication design, formal training as a graphic designer, or equivalent experience, including career changers, is welcome.
