About Mindrift and the Role
Mindrift connects experts with cutting-edge AI projects from prominent technology innovators, aiming to unlock the potential of Generative AI through global real-world expertise. We are seeking experienced Frontend Developers to join the Tendem project, focusing on creating high-quality landing pages and multi-page websites within a hybrid AI-human collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging landing pages, waitlist pages, and promotional pages emphasizing clear hero sections, call-to-actions, and layouts optimized for conversion
- Construct small multi-page websites such as portfolios, restaurant sites, small business sites, and simple online stores based on client specifications and basic information architecture
- Ensure responsive, mobile-first designs that perform consistently across various devices and browsers
- Integrate features like forms, email capture, basic analytics, and simple CMS or headless content sources
- Apply fundamental on-page SEO techniques including semantic HTML, meta tags, accessibility, and performance optimizations to enhance page rankings and advertising readiness
- Review and polish AI-generated frontend code to achieve production-quality markup, styling, structure, and layout
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues related to layout, performance, and browser compatibility
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development, specializing in landing page and website creation
- Preferably hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Design, or related fields
- Strong expertise in modern frontend development, responsive web design, and creating conversion-driven user experiences
- Excellent skills in HTML, CSS (including Flexbox and Grid), and JavaScript
- Proficient with at least one contemporary frontend framework such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Astro
- Experience with utility-first CSS frameworks like Tailwind or modern component libraries
- Ability to accurately transform Figma designs or written briefs into well-structured, maintainable code
- Familiarity with form management, email capture tools, and basic analytics tools like GA4 or Plausible
- Knowledgeable in on-page SEO, WCAG accessibility basics, and Core Web Vitals performance metrics
- Experience working with simple CMSs or headless content systems (e.g., Webflow, Framer, Sanity, Contentful) is advantageous
- A keen eye for detail and strong visual sensibility to create refined, intentional page designs
- Self-motivated and capable of delivering complete pages with minimal oversight
- A portfolio demonstrating completed landing pages and small websites
- English language skills at upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher
Additional Information
This freelance engagement requires approximately 10-20 hours per week during active project phases. Workload may vary, and there is no guaranteed number of hours. Compensation can reach up to $60 per hour depending on individual performance and contribution speed. Rates differ between projects based on complexity and expertise required.
