Overview
Are you passionate about supporting franchisees in boosting profitability, enhancing customer experiences, and maintaining brand standards? If you enjoy engaging in hands-on operations and building meaningful partnerships with business owners to help them expand, this role offers an exciting opportunity. The Franchise District Manager at Jiffy Lube acts as a key link between the company and its franchise owners, overseeing a portfolio of 40 to 50 locations. You will serve as a trusted advisor, coach, trainer, and operational expert to drive franchise growth and ensure consistent brand delivery across locations, specifically in the Northeast Territory encompassing Maine, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont. Ideally, candidates will reside within this area.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase sales by helping franchisees boost transaction volumes and customer vehicle counts surpassing previous years' performance.
- Support franchise profitability by engaging in profit and loss discussions, managing expenses, and providing trusted financial guidance.
- Ensure strict adherence to Jiffy Lube's brand standards to deliver a uniformly excellent service experience nationwide.
- Establish strong franchisee relationships so that they feel well-supported, respond promptly to communications, apply your recommendations, and recognize your contribution to their positive affiliation with the Jiffy Lube community.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 3–5 or more years of experience in multi-unit management within restaurant, retail, or franchise operations under a reputable brand.
- Proven expertise in field business consulting, franchise assistance, or overseeing multi-unit operations.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, enhancing profitability, and fostering robust relationships with franchisees or operators.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Conditions & Travel
This position requires approximately 60-75% travel within the field, involving overnight stays by car or air travel.
