Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Founding Recruiter who will lead end-to-end recruitment for medical imaging professionals nationwide. This role involves collaborating directly with the Founder and CEO to build the recruiting framework for one of the fastest expanding workforce technology firms in healthcare. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role emphasizing ownership, quick action, and consistent placement delivery. The position is primarily remote but offers options for hybrid and flexible work in Buffalo, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to final placement.
• Identify and engage imaging professionals across all radEmploy’s client markets and imaging modalities.
• Conduct outreach, interviews, screening, and candidate qualification effectively.
• Present top candidates to employers promptly and maintain a well-organized talent pipeline utilizing radEmploy's platform and ATS.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance recruiting effectiveness and develop innovative sourcing strategies targeting passive candidates.
• Build long-term pipelines of qualified talent and consistently meet recruitment and revenue targets within assigned territories.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder & CEO and Head of Operations to refine recruiting strategies and workflows.
• Deliver exceptional experiences for both candidates and clients.

• Minimum two years’ experience in healthcare recruiting, ideally including medical imaging.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Background in healthcare staffing and recruiting for direct hire, contract, travel, and per diem roles highly favored.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable leveraging AI technology for recruiting enhancement.

• Regularly exceed recruiting performance metrics and placement targets.
• Provide timely, high-quality candidate submissions and build enduring client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation comprises a competitive base salary paired with uncapped commission and performance bonuses, with expected first-year OTE ranging from $90,000 to $130,000 or more.
