About the Role
Join an accelerated growth YC-backed startup by taking full charge of its People & Talent function right from the start. This pivotal role offers a chance to collaborate closely with the founders, define the hiring approach, and develop scalable HR processes as the company grows internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment workflow, including role creation, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Establish a compelling employer brand to attract top-tier talent throughout the DACH region.
- Create scalable recruitment frameworks, analytics tools, and operations for effective hiring.
- Collaborate with founders and department heads on hiring strategies, workforce planning, and organizational structuring.
- Facilitate performance evaluations, career progression, compensation analysis, and feedback systems.
- Enhance the company’s visibility in the startup circuit by networking, partnering with universities, and participating in events.
Candidate Profile
- Experience of 2 to 5 years in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, or Organizational Development in fast-scaling startups or scale-ups.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring outstanding professionals.
- Analytical thinker with strong capability to execute plans effectively.
- Excellent communicator with storytelling skills and aptitude for building relationships.
- Regular user of AI tools like ChatGPT and eager to explore innovative work methodologies.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level; advanced German skills at C1 level are highly advantageous.
