Role Overview
We seek an AI-native product leader with outstanding product sense, customer empathy, and a founder's mentality. You will navigate ambiguity, design new ventures from scratch, and lead by example with modern product development and AI tools. Your work will significantly impact families and educators’ experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and lead new ventures from inception through product-market fit and scaling.
- Identify genuine customer needs, rapidly develop early versions, and validate offerings with users.
- Establish and validate the business model, ensuring value and profitable growth potential.
- Build hands-on using AI and modern techniques to prototype and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and executive leadership to set vision and deliver results visible to the Board.
- Attract, motivate, and expand the teams who will drive successful ventures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of creating beloved products with strong customer understanding and judgment on priorities.
- Experience leading new initiatives from zero to tangible traction, ideally in founder or early-stage roles.
- Accountability for full business ownership, including value proposition, pricing strategies, and economics.
- Hands-on application of AI and contemporary productivity tools for enhanced design and delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to align executives and inspire teams.
