Job description

About Lightfield

Lightfield is an AI-driven CRM platform that seamlessly integrates your emails, calendars, and meetings, transforming every interaction into organized information such as accounts, tasks, follow-ups, and actionable insights to ensure nothing is missed.

We are reinventing CRM from the ground up. Unlike traditional rigid systems, Lightfield adapts dynamically by learning how companies actually operate, automating processes, and highlighting insights that fuel growth. Our aim is to provide a CRM platform that is fast, intelligent, and truly supportive.

Supported by investors like Greylock, Lightspeed, and Coatue, Lightfield's leadership team has previously built successful products such as Tome, a generative AI presentation tool used by millions. Our backgrounds include experience at major companies like Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Pinterest, Google, and Salesforce.

Role Overview

As a founding member of the Growth & Delivery team, you will activate customers on the Lightfield platform, manage pipeline generation, assist with strategic deals alongside our leadership, and support various projects in GTM and business operations.

You will collaborate directly with founders and their teams to develop their customer memory using Lightfield, oversee agents executing pipeline generation, and foster business growth. While agents perform the tasks, you provide the strategic judgment and advisory relationship essential for success.

The role requires both operational expertise and the ability to create scalable playbooks from successful engagements to be adopted across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and activate new customer accounts on Lightfield by configuring workspaces, migrating data, and building customer memory to integrate Lightfield as the core company system.
  • Manage pipeline generation efforts for multiple customers by understanding their business models, defining ideal customer profiles (ICP), developing targeting strategies, and guiding agents from initial outreach to securing meetings.
  • Advise founders and go-to-market leaders on targeting, messaging, and strategic experimentation to optimize growth.
  • Take ownership of outcomes such as activation speed, number of meetings arranged, and pipeline quality.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic deals including scoping proofs of concept and aiding in converting trial customers.
  • Lead and contribute to special projects across GTM and business operations including business analysis, competitor research, and launching new initiatives.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks based on successful practices and communicate insights back to the product team to enhance agent capabilities.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in consulting, banking, investing, or roles involving go-to-market and operational responsibilities.
  • A versatile generalist comfortable navigating delivery, growth, and client-facing duties without requiring explicit instructions, proactively identifying and executing necessary actions.
  • A trusted advisor to senior leaders and founders with the ability to quickly analyze businesses and customer dynamics, form clear data-backed hypotheses from qualitative and quantitative signals.
  • Strong systems thinker who can impose structure on ambiguous problems by constructing playbooks and scalable processes rather than one-off task completions.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to autonomously drive projects and deliver results in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
  • An enthusiasm for AI agents and their potential to facilitate customer success.
  • Interested in learning go-to-market and outbound sales; relevant prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive compensation package ranging from $170,000 to $200,000 annually.
  • Equity stake with meaningful early ownership.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Three weeks of paid time off.
  • Eleven paid holidays per year in addition to a collective winter holiday break.
  • Three months of paid family leave.
  • Remote work option every Wednesday.
  • Frequent team dinners, events, offsite meetings, and company retreats.
  • Participation in a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Additional benefits include commuter and lunch stipends.
