Job description
Role Overview
World Of Oorja is seeking a full-time team member to partner closely with the founders and contribute to the company’s next stage of expansion. This position is focused on business growth and strategic execution rather than a standard marketing function.
What You’ll Work On
The role spans a broad mix of growth and business-building work, including market and competitor analysis, performance marketing, website improvement, customer retention, business reporting, identifying new product ideas, and supporting expansion plans. You will help surface opportunities, solve problems, and translate ideas into practical action.
What Kind of Person Thrives Here
The team is looking for someone who is naturally curious, takes ownership, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and is comfortable using data to guide decisions. A willingness to question assumptions, contribute fresh ideas, and work across functions is important.
Experience Profile
Candidates should bring 3 to 7 years of experience in growth, strategy, consulting, D2C, e-commerce, or a founder’s office environment. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and cross-functional execution skills are essential. The role is intended for someone interested in building something meaningful over the long term.
Location
This is a work-from-office position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Application Instructions
Interested candidates should send their CV along with a brief note explaining why they would be a strong fit to yash@worldofoorja.com.
Hiring Process Note
Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a real business case study as part of the selection process. The company places more value on thought process, curiosity, and execution capability than on brand names in a resume.
Additional Note
Candidates are encouraged to share the opportunity with anyone in their network who may be a strong match.
