About the Role
Elysion Softwares Private Limited is hiring a proactive and highly organised Founder's Office professional to work directly with the Founder. The role focuses on smooth cross-team execution, strong accountability, and ensuring day-to-day work moves forward without delays.
Work Location
This is an on-site position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
Experience
Candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience can apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Run daily check-in and wrap-up review meetings with the Tech and Marketing teams.
- Monitor everyday deliverables and make sure each team member completes the work assigned for the day.
- Build and maintain a daily status report covering finished tasks, pending items, blockers, and overall team movement.
- Spot challenges raised by team members and bring them to the Founder’s attention without delay.
- Keep deadlines on track and maintain a record of any missed timelines.
- Consistently follow up on delayed work to keep execution moving.
- Stay connected with teams over weekends whenever important deliverables are unfinished or deadlines have slipped.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The company prefers applicants with exposure to a Founder's Office, strategy, operations, consulting, or venture capital environment. However, fresh graduates are welcome if they have demonstrated leadership through college clubs, entrepreneurship cells, event management, or student organisations.
Skills Needed
Strong communication, ownership, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities are important for success in this role. The team also values candidates who are comfortable in a fast-moving startup setting.
