Unscene is a Mumbai-based independent eyewear brand, currently in a growth phase and seeking to onboard a dedicated individual to partner closely with the founder to scale the business.

Role Overview

This position offers a blend of essential operational tasks and strategic growth opportunities. The work entails ensuring orders are accurately packed, shipments dispatched promptly, store owners are regularly engaged, and payments followed up consistently every single day. Alongside these operational responsibilities, the candidate will participate in business development by securing new retail accounts and partnerships. The target is to onboard 10 new retail partners within 6 months, with a direct impact on business expansion.

Working Environment

This role is part of the Founder's Office, requiring close collaboration with the founder, providing visibility into all business operations and responsibility for real performance metrics from the outset.

Candidate Profile

• Highly disciplined with strong interpersonal skills for engaging new contacts.
• Expertise in at least one computer-related skill such as advanced Excel, AI tools, Python, or similar technologies.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) operations is favored.
• Bonus if familiar with retail, warehousing, or deal negotiation.

Terms and Conditions

• Location: Mumbai, India (strictly onsite).
• Working Days: 6 days per week.
• Experience Required: Between 1 and 2 years.
• Compensation: Suitable for entry to early mid-level candidates; salaries correspond to this experience level, not senior or highly experienced pay bands.
