Additionally, Mereden supports AI organizations by recruiting vetted domain experts for project-based and continuing roles, with transparent and fair compensation from the initial task.
Role Overview
This position focuses on sourcing and engaging highly qualified domain experts for AI-related projects. Responsibilities include identifying candidates, conducting outreach, managing early-stage communications, and coordinating credential verification processes. The role requires maintaining meticulous records and facilitating smooth expert onboarding into active projects.
Key Duties
- Design and implement targeted outreach campaigns to attract domain experts.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with experts and partner organizations.
- Collaborate closely with company founders on talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
- Track and report relevant metrics to support project delivery and staffing efforts.
- Support new initiatives related to expert recruitment and project execution workflows.
Candidate Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including effective written and verbal skills and managing senior stakeholders.
- Experience in talent sourcing, outreach, candidate screening, or partnership coordination.
- Strong organizational talents, attention to detail, experience with documentation and workflow management, and basic project management skills.
- Comfortable working with digital tools such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, databases, and productivity software, along with structured verification procedures.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, technology, or expert-led knowledge domains, with quick learning aptitude for new areas.
- Minimum two years of experience in management or people-facing roles, preferably with an HR background.
- Knowledge of AI training and data platforms such as Mercor, Turing, or Scale AI is advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree in any field, with preferences to business, communications, or technology disciplines.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000.
