Role overview
As a Founders' Associate, you will learn quickly, grow at a fast pace, and help other teams and leaders succeed. You will work directly with the Managing Directors and senior leaders, supporting them in day-to-day leadership responsibilities and taking ownership of the company’s most important initiatives and projects. Priority areas may include goal setting, confidential M&A work, urgent project support, and strategy preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the Managing Directors and senior leadership to gain a deep understanding of how the business operates.
- Act as a dependable support partner for leadership by handling the topics most important to them.
- Help prepare strategic materials and align them with senior management.
- Spot and shape growth opportunities by using AI-based workflows and modern technology to support data-led decisions and scaling.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders from different parts of the organization.
- Build, evaluate, and refine new business ideas or improve ongoing initiatives across the business.
- Step in to support teams when urgent help is needed and impact is required quickly.
- Independently take on or create projects once enough responsibility has been delegated.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a startup, scale-up, or consulting environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and levels of seniority.
- A self-driven, independent mindset for both working and learning.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and effective prioritization.
- A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to deliver results quickly.
- A proactive attitude and comfort with new challenges, approaching them as opportunities.
Working model and hiring notes
This is a full-time role with a remote-friendly setup. HomeToGo follows a rolling recruitment process, so there is no fixed application deadline. If the number of applicants becomes too large, the posting may be taken down temporarily and re-published later if the role remains open.
