Job description
About the role
Valuecase helps customer success and sales teams work more efficiently by reducing coordination effort, accelerating task completion, automating follow-ups, and surfacing useful insights. In this role, you will partner closely with the founders to expand the company’s reach, support product launches, and keep go-to-market activities running smoothly.
What you’ll do
You will contribute to identifying, assessing, and executing business development opportunities. This is a high-impact position with direct exposure to the founders, where your work will influence the product and support the delivery of value to customers.
- Create and coordinate content and social media activities, including LinkedIn briefs, posts, and visual assets.
- Assist with product and feature launches by planning content, coordinating timing across channels, and tracking deadlines.
- Handle marketing operations and reporting by monitoring KPIs, highlighting insights, and proposing follow-up experiments.
- Support customer operations by preparing meeting agendas and materials; direct client calls are not part of the role.
- Take on additional tasks depending on your interests and strengths.
Requirements
You should be a university student from a respected institution and already have practical experience in a fast-scaling startup or similarly demanding environment. A proactive, hands-on mindset and a strong interest in building things from the ground up are important; prior entrepreneurial experience is a strong advantage. Very good English communication skills are required. The role requires a minimum commitment of 3 months.
Work location and schedule
This position is based on site in Hamburg and is not fully remote. The expected workload is around 15–20 hours per week, with more hours possible for internship arrangements. The start date is flexible.
Benefits
You will receive competitive compensation, paid either hourly in a working student arrangement or monthly as an intern. Additional perks include regular team events and offsites, lunch support, a discount on gym membership, brand-new Mac equipment, and complimentary drinks and snacks.
Why join Valuecase
The team is small, which means your work can have outsized impact. You’ll get meaningful responsibility from day one, direct access to the founders, honest feedback, and a culture built around being driven, bold, collaborative, candid, and authentic.
Application details
Applicants should send a CV, and preferably a LinkedIn profile, along with 2–3 lines explaining why they want to join. Start date is flexible.
