Role Overview

Join as a Founder's Associate and work closely with the founding team on critical initiatives to scale this pre-seed venture. You will be deeply involved across diverse functions, experiencing steep learning and high ownership on projects vital to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and contribute to growth and go-to-market strategies while scouting the European fintech landscape for opportunities and crafting compelling communications including thought leadership and sales materials.
• Serve as a liaison translating business needs into actionable engineering briefs to align product development with market demands.
• Streamline internal operations and support founders with essential processes and investor relations.
• Collaborate on developing data-backed business cases and strategic proposals targeting major banks and platforms.
• Own miscellaneous critical projects such as researching AI tools, preparing board materials, and representing the company at industry gatherings.

Who Should Apply

• Experience in fast-paced startups or sectors like consulting, venture capital, or tax technology is preferred.
• A strong entrepreneurial drive to proactively identify and solve problems without relying on instructions.
• Ability to critically engage with ideas, challenge assumptions, and contribute strategic insights.
• Fluency in both German and English is required to effectively work with German financial institutions and navigate regulatory environments.
