Role Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Founder Associate Intern to join our founding team, collaborating closely with the founders and contributing across technical and business areas to advance Mycolever.

Key Responsibilities

• Embrace entrepreneurial spirit by helping build the company from inception.
• Work directly with founders gaining comprehensive exposure to startup development.
• Assist in daily tasks to strengthen Mycolever's position as a market leader.
• Drive go-to-market strategy execution via business case validation, expert interviews, marketing, sales initiatives, and product launch preparation.
• Support process and operational scalability including sales and marketing support and project management.
• Contribute to product development in both software and biotech process scale-up.
• Help founders with fundraising activities including strategy, investor relations, and pitching.

Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant fields like business, management, business informatics, formulation chemistry, cosmetics, or related areas.
• Prior internship experience in startups, technology companies, or consulting is advantageous.
• Business proficiency in English; German fluency may be needed for some roles.
• Proactive, results-driven with a strong “get-things-done” mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and ambition to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
• Authentic in work style, whether introverted, extroverted, practical, or analytical.
• Enjoys the entrepreneurial journey embracing challenges and growth opportunities.
