Job description
About Stripe
Stripe provides the infrastructure that helps companies take payments, expand revenue, and unlock new business opportunities. Its platform is used by millions of businesses, from major global enterprises to fast-growing startups. The company’s broader goal is to help raise the GDP of the internet and make global commerce more accessible.
About the team
Stripe’s marketing function is being reshaped around AI-first execution. The team is creating Forward Deployed AI Accelerators who work directly with marketing groups so that AI becomes the standard way work gets done, rather than a one-off experiment. The objective is to scale what is already working across the wider marketing organization.
Role overview
In this position, you will be embedded with a group of about 20 marketers, organized by function, workflow, or location. You will work side by side with them to redesign how they operate and help turn AI into a permanent part of their daily work. Success will be measured by how many workflows are transformed and how consistently the team begins work with AI tools.
What you will do
- Spot the highest-impact workflow improvements by studying how the group works, what it produces, and where time or effort is being lost.
- Create tailored tools, agents, automations, and capability-building solutions for individual marketers and their specific duties.
- Guide each marketer through a progression that starts with awareness and moves through early wins, regular AI use, complete workflow redesign, and eventually independent use.
- Help marketers learn how to create and improve their own tools so they can work more independently over time.
- Look for repeatable patterns across the cohort and expand successful solutions so they can be reused by peers.
- Record tools, playbooks, and transformation patterns so the broader FDA team can reuse and build on them.
- Make successful outcomes visible to the cohort and to leadership in order to build energy and celebrate progress.
- Monitor progress at both the individual and group level against a maturity model that moves the team toward AI-first, self-sustaining work.
- Prepare marketers for an agentic future by helping them design, build, and oversee autonomous multi-agent workflows, not just write prompts.
What we are looking for
- You have personally adopted AI in a way that has changed how you work at a fundamental level.
- You build agents, automations, and tools confidently and can work in real time alongside the people you support.
- You are strong at coaching and communication, and can adapt your style to different levels of experience.
- You understand marketing work, either through direct experience or by quickly learning the workflows, deliverables, tools, and constraints involved.
- You think in systems and can quickly spot how a solution for one person can be applied more broadly.
- You bring persistence, adaptability, and strong overall capability that would translate across multiple roles.
- You prefer taking quick action and showing a working prototype over presenting theory.
- You are comfortable working in a new, evolving environment where the operating model is still being built.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a role that required analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Practical experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that improved real work processes.
- Proof that you have coached, taught, or enabled others in a way that changed how they work.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage several workstreams and relationships at once while supporting roughly 20 marketers at different stages of AI adoption.
Preferred background
- Experience in marketing, marketing operations, growth, or a closely related area.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI development tools and platforms such as Claude, Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, and workflow automation tools.
- Experience with change management, organizational transformation, or large enablement programs.
- Exposure to marketing technology systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, analytics platforms, and content management tools.
- Experience creating and scaling internal tools, templates, or playbooks that were used beyond your immediate team.
- Background in consulting, solutions engineering, technical account management, or a similar client-facing technical role.
Work arrangement
This is an office-based role in Singapore. Office-assigned employees in most locations are expected to spend at least 50% of each month in the local office or with users, though this can vary by role, team, and location. Some teams may require more in-office time depending on business needs. The company uses this approach to balance in-person collaboration with flexibility.
Compensation and benefits
The annual salary range for the primary location is S$166,200 to S$249,200. The range may differ for other locations and may be adjusted during the hiring process based on experience, qualifications, and location. For roles classified as sales, the stated range may include target commissions or bonuses, but this role is not described as a sales role. Compensation and benefits may also include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, retirement plans, health coverage, and wellness stipends.
