Key Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs, modifications, and new construction of concrete sleeper molds.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith, construction mechanic, or industrial mechanic (all genders).
• Professional experience in maintenance, mold construction, or locksmith work.
• Proficient in German language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Welding skills.
• Forklift and crane certifications are advantageous.
• Competent user of MS Office applications.
• Self-reliant and structured working methods.
• High flexibility and strong commitment.
• Good teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to pursue further professional development.
• Readiness to work in shifts, on weekends, and be on-call.
