About the Role
CivilandScape is seeking an experienced civil and landscape foreperson to join their team immediately. The successful candidate will work on diverse projects within Sydney's inner city and outer suburbs, providing expertise in both civil and landscape construction.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position, covering hard and soft landscaping for commercial and residential projects.
- Strong knowledge and adherence to WHSE standards specific to NSW regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately.
- Capability to manage all facets of landscape construction.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and effective communication.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possession of relevant Landscape Trade Qualification.
- Must hold a valid NSW White Card and NSW Driver's Licence.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, especially when interacting with clients and public.
- Works efficiently and independently without direct supervision.
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with team members and clients.
Employment Details
- Working hours generally from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime and Saturdays as needed.
- Annual salary will be determined based on candidate experience.
