Role Overview

Fresh Ideas Management is looking to fill full-time and part-time Food Service Utility positions right away at Young Harris College in Young Harris, Georgia. This role supports kitchen operations by keeping work areas clean, organized, and ready for service.

Schedule and Work Arrangement

The position offers full-time and part-time schedules. Days and hours can change, and flexibility is expected. More specific scheduling details will be shared during the interview.

What You Will Do

• Keep kitchen spaces clean and orderly, including equipment and utensils.
• Sweep and mop floors to meet sanitation and safety standards.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food-prep surfaces.
• Collect trash and place it in the proper containers; steam-clean or hose out garbage cans when needed.
• Move supplies and equipment between storage areas and work areas.
• Help set up banquet tables and front-of-house areas.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as required.
• Follow all listed sanitation and safety rules.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirement

Previous experience in food service is preferred.
