Responsibilities

- Order food items and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Oversee staff involved in food preparation and portioning, ensuring tasks are carried out properly.
- Provide training on job responsibilities, cleanliness standards, and safety practices.
- Monitor food quality and service delivery to make sure standards are consistently met.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns professionally.
- Keep accurate records related to inventory, equipment repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit required reports.
- Set and maintain staff work schedules.
