Job description
Overview
This role requires English language proficiency and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Applicants should have between one and two years of experience in a relevant position.
The position is strictly on-site at the restaurant location, with no remote work option. Work will be performed within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop efficient methods to adhere to work schedules.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to personnel on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records concerning inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Compile food order summaries for the chef.
- Supervise and inspect tray assembly processes.
- Set up and maintain work schedules.
Supervision
This position involves overseeing a team of 3 to 4 employees.
