Food Service Supervisor

Overview

This role requires English language proficiency and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Applicants should have between one and two years of experience in a relevant position.

The position is strictly on-site at the restaurant location, with no remote work option. Work will be performed within a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient methods to adhere to work schedules.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
• Provide training to personnel on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
• Estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
• Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records concerning inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
• Compile food order summaries for the chef.
• Supervise and inspect tray assembly processes.
• Set up and maintain work schedules.

Supervision

This position involves overseeing a team of 3 to 4 employees.
