- Plan and organize work schedules to keep operations running smoothly.

- Provide training to staff on job duties, cleanliness standards, and safety practices.
- Determine the quantities of ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
- Monitor food and service quality to make sure standards are consistently met.
- Handle customer complaints and respond to concerns in a professional manner.
- Keep accurate records related to stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
