Food Service Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Food Service Sales Manager to lead and expand our Food Service sales activities throughout Central Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Food Service sales operations across Central Saudi Arabia, ensuring growth and market penetration.
• Foster and strengthen partnerships with distributors along with their customer bases.
• Broaden the customer base and increase product presence in the market.
• Drive sales through HORECA, Wholesale, and Bakery channels leveraging personal networks and distributor sales teams.
• Develop and maintain key accounts, negotiating long-term contracts with customers.
• Lead the introduction of new products in partnership with distributor sales teams.
• Implement sales strategies including promotions, incentives, and new product development initiatives to meet volume, revenue, and profit goals.
• Track sales progress, prepare accurate forecasts, and report monthly business insights including prospects and potential risks to senior leadership.
• Identify and secure new customers across Food Service segments.
• Conduct regular visits to customers and submit weekly reports on sales activities.
• Arrange product demonstrations alongside culinary or chef teams.
• Effectively manage trade spending to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated experience in sales within the Food & Beverage or Dairy sectors.
• Extensive network and familiarity with the Food Service, particularly HORECA, industry.
• Strong negotiation abilities and proficiency in managing customer relationships.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Holder of a valid driving license with access to a personal vehicle.
