Role: Food & Retail Sales Assistant – Kildare Village

We are seeking a Food & Retail Sales Assistant for our Kildare Village location. This part-time position requires an immediate start and demands dedication to maintaining our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through direct interaction, telephone, and email communications.
• Operate the Point of Sale system efficiently by scanning items, processing payments, and managing customer queues promptly.
• Ensure stock replenishment aligns with Avoca’s brand quality and presentation standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as assigned by management.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Utilize computer skills to support store operations.
• Assist customers thoughtfully and informatively.
• Promote store loyalty cards and ongoing special offers to customers.
• Contribute to designing and organizing eye-catching window displays.
• Achieve set sales targets consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store environment.
