Role overview
As a Food Production Operative at the Nags Head, you’ll help keep kitchen operations running efficiently by ensuring the workspace is prepared, organised, clean, and ready before service begins. This role is part of the Vintage Inns collection, known for its countryside pubs, traditional dishes, warm atmosphere, and inviting log fires.

- Prepare the kitchen at the start of the shift so the chefs can begin service smoothly.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen throughout a busy shift.
