Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and energetic Food Expeditor to join our team. This role acts as the vital connection between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring that every dish is accurately prepared, aesthetically presented, and delivered promptly to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of orders to guarantee timely delivery.
• Maintain clear and constant communication among chefs, food runners, waiters, and bartenders.
• Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen adheres to our high standards of quality and presentation.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining, Michelin-starred, or busy restaurant environments.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking skills.
• Ability to stay organized and composed under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a proactive hands-on approach to tasks.
• Expertise in quality control, time management, inventory oversight, and strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Adaptability to menu changes, including managing special requests and allergens.
