Role Overview

The position of Food Delivery Rider is a full-time, on-location job based in Dubai. The rider's duties include collecting food and drink orders from partnered restaurants or outlets and delivering these swiftly and safely to customers. Responsibilities include following predetermined routes and schedules, verifying the accuracy of orders, managing cash or digital transactions as required, and maintaining effective communication with dispatch and clients.

Key Duties

• Picking up orders from partner establishments and ensuring their timely delivery.
• Adhering to delivery routes and time schedules diligently.
• Confirming order correctness before delivery.
• Handling payments either in cash or electronically as necessary.
• Maintaining clear communication with dispatchers and customers throughout deliveries.
• Keeping delivery equipment and bicycles in proper working condition.
• Observing local traffic rules and safety protocols.
• Delivering professional and polite customer service at all times.
• Reporting completed deliveries and any encountered issues during shifts.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in food delivery and service, with competence in protecting food quality and efficiency.
• Strong customer service skills, with clear communication and courteous interactions.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and simple accounting for reconciliations.
