Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a committed and skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to become part of our team at one of the hotels within The iNUA Collection Hospitality Group. This position is essential to ensuring the seamless and effective functioning of our dining venues, maintaining exceptional service standards, and boosting guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across the Food & Beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, and banquet services.
• Lead and coordinate F&B staff activities ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering outstanding guest service.
• Participate in training and developing team members to build a motivated and capable workforce.
• Oversee inventory control and assist in procurement to meet operational requirements while managing costs.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained to provide a clean and safe environment.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
• Work with management to develop and execute strategies that improve F&B offerings, guest experience, and revenue.
• Perform regular quality inspections of F&B outlets and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support planning and execution of special events, promotions, and other activities that enhance guest experience.

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory capacity within Food & Beverage departments in hotels or upscale restaurants.
• Strong leadership abilities coupled with excellent communication skills to inspire and guide team members.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Capability to handle resource management effectively while controlling costs and enhancing profitability.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in line with business needs.
