About the Role
Four Points by Sheraton offers a straightforward, comfortable hospitality experience with a modern touch. As a Food & Beverage Service Supervisor, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere for travellers, support the team, and ensure service is delivered smoothly and consistently. This is a non-management, full-time position based in Auckland.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee service during restaurant operating periods and make sure guests receive attentive, high-quality care.
- Deliver warm, genuine hospitality across the full food and beverage journey.
- Identify guest needs and respond in a way that helps them feel relaxed and well looked after.
- Support bar operations when needed.
- Act as a confident and approachable supervisor who assists and encourages waitstaff.
- Keep the outlet well stocked, tidy, and ready for service at all times.
- Guide the food and beverage team through day-to-day operational duties.
- Develop positive relationships with both repeat and new guests to encourage future bookings.
- Organise and carry out team-building activities so associates feel connected to the Four Points team.
What We’re Looking For
- An up-to-date RSA.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial setting.
- Legal working rights in New Zealand.
- Strong motivation to grow within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to stay energised and effective in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- A practical mindset, confidence, and a solution-oriented attitude.
