Position Overview
This role goes beyond simply serving food; it focuses on crafting a distinctive and memorable dining experience for guests. The Food & Beverage Service Expert is proactive in delivering various services to ensure guests have a pleasant meal. Tasks include setting tables, coordinating with kitchen staff, engaging with guests during service, and maintaining cleanliness of workspaces and supplies. Creating a seamless, enjoyable transaction is a key responsibility.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The position requires standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods, often on uneven or slippery floors. The role includes managing menus by reading and verifying details carefully. Physical activities involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted, or up to 50 pounds with help. Additionally, reaching overhead and below the knees with bending, twisting, and stooping is necessary. Performing all tasks accurately contributes to guest satisfaction and business success.
