Job Overview

BrookLodge & Macreddin Village is hiring enthusiastic and committed Food & Beverage Service Crew members to help create an excellent guest experience. In this role, you will be part of a lively team and play an important part in delivering attentive service in a fast-moving hospitality setting.

This position requires a minimum commitment of six months.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional manner and support a high-quality dining experience.
• Keep up to date with menu offerings, including specials, so you can confidently suggest items and answer questions.
• Take and enter orders accurately, then ensure food and drinks are delivered promptly and with care.
• Prepare tables for service and clear them efficiently to keep the dining area neat and inviting.
• Coordinate smoothly with kitchen and bar teams to support efficient service and clear communication.
• Process customer payments correctly, including both cash and card transactions.
• Observe all health, safety, food handling, and hygiene requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to help guests receive the best possible service.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service is an advantage, though it is not mandatory.
• Good communication and people skills are essential.
• You should be comfortable working in a busy environment while staying detail-oriented.
• A positive mindset and genuine interest in customer service are important.
• You must be available for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, specifically Thursday through Sunday.
