Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests courteously and take food and drink orders via in-person, telephone, or digital platforms.
• Precisely enter orders into the POS system confirming any special dietary needs, allergies, or requests.
• Offer detailed menu guidance and suggest suitable options to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to guarantee timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Double-check order accuracy prior to handover; handle corrections or remakes as necessary.
• Manage payment processing following cash handling and POS protocols.
• Monitor inventory, report low stock items, and assist with basic stock management tasks.
• Maintain a tidy and well-organized order station, ensuring menus and pricing are current.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations consistently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; training in hospitality or customer service is beneficial.
• Preferred prior experience (up to 2 years) in food service, cashier duties, or front-of-house roles; entry-level candidates considered.
• Proficient with POS systems and accurate payment handling.
• Effective communication skills in the local language; additional language abilities are advantageous.
• Certified in food safety or willing to acquire necessary local certificates and permits.
• Possess a friendly, patient demeanor with attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure.
