• Carry out service duties swiftly and with a positive attitude.
• Foster a motivated and capable team environment across various departments through open communication and confident, supportive leadership.
• Operate independently or collaborate with teammates to uphold superior quality service standards.
• Maintain exceptional customer service while interacting with guests, addressing their requests, and managing reservation systems effectively.
• Welcome guests warmly, assist them with seating, and professionally manage any complaints.
