Role Overview
We are seeking a capable Food & Beverage Attendant to join the No35 restaurant team. This role involves delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment, enriching guests' dining experience through expert knowledge and enthusiasm for food and beverages. The position also entails taking guests on a culinary journey with an emphasis on food and wine pairing.
Responsibilities and Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months of experience in a busy, quality restaurant setting, preferably within a hotel environment. Prior bartending experience, including cocktail preparation and beverage service skills, is beneficial. Candidates must hold a Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and have a strong commitment to responsible service practices. Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays are necessary.
